After hurricanes and other disasters, our offices can be affected by power outages and other forced closures.  We are able to quickly set up ‘satellite’ and/or temporary facilities in order to accommodate our existing clients and contractors as well as establishing assembly locations for incoming cleanup and work crews.

For the safety of our employees and their families, we do close local offices when the weather does not allow for safe travel.  The affected offices will make every effort to provide alternative contact information when this occurs.  When we know of an office closure we will post any information we receive.

Forecasters are expecting Ernesto to come ashore late Thursday or early Friday as a tropical storm between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  Ernesto threatened to cause coastal and flash flooding.

THEREFORE, AEROTEK HAS DECIDED TO CLOSE THE OFFICES AT 12:00 p.m.TODAY.

In case of office closure signs will be posted at the home location as to where the alternative site will be housed.

For employees to report hours:
At the determination of a natural disaster please immediately fax your hours to 866-999-7393. Please make sure that you are using the correct time card that corresponds to your local office number. If this is not your normal process please follow your normal process to report your hours immediately
